I’m also on T3 2x a day right now but she will know what I need based on labs, I’ve never had or found a doctor that is around me that has been able to manage this for me.

🤗 hi, here ! Things that helped me: paleo diet! So many people are making things now that there is no shortage of snacks etc. also staying off of sugar, and taking L glutamine powder every morning on an empty stomach in my lemon water. If I remember I take it before dinner as well. And the only thing that really helps me to stay regular is to take digestive enzymes and I use the Now brand, And then HCl which is hydrochloric acid with pepsin, and I take the Enzamedica brand. I don’t know if you have insulin resistance but I also take berberine at least twice a day for that once in the morning and then once in the afternoon. I also make sure that I didn’t have a problem with dairy and I use the organic plain yogurt with frozen wild blueberries and I have that first thing before coffee after my lemon water because if your sleep is not good this will help your body not to excrete too much cortisol from just coffee alone on an empty stomach. I hope this is helpful to you and if I can help in any other way let me know. 🤗

@Musickel I also take specific supplements like vitamin C liposomal, and I take Hawthorne extract it does a lot of things but it’s really good for blood pressure which mine is slightly higher and then I also have high cholesterol so I take readiest rice gold. And I also take a Coke Q 10. I had to heal my gut several years ago to get rid of the depression and my D3 was really low so once I started increasing that and you also need to take some magnesium with that, and was doing the L glutamine it got a lot better. I’m happy to send a picture of my supplements I get them off Amazon just let me know. I don’t know where you’re located but let me know that too

@Musickel Oh and I also have been taking grass fed beef liver for the past year really helped my hair and iron levels to rise but now I’m taking a recommended Iron supp. Going to see a new dr in July that is 4 1/2 hours away to become an established patient then I can do the telehealth but she is Specialized and natural but takes insurance in the thyroid. I don’t sleep well and I am in menopause so I know my hormones are involved but I’m hoping that she will know how to heal my hypothyroidism and get me sleeping better, adrenals probly involved.
