I'm on a mental health journey and it's really hard. I struggle with my weight and am very close to my lifetime maximum. I feel like my health is starting to suffer. I don't know what to do or how to stop gaining weight nevermind lose it

I was at my heaviest ever when I got covet two years ago and don't remember the incident very well don't remember too much about being in the hospital or then going to rehab but during that period I started losing weight because I wasn't eating and I was doing so well up until Thanksgiving of last year and I decided just to take a break from exercise and eating plans and I have fallen off the wagon so hard that I have bruises all over me. And people just say get back on that way again just start making little changes hello do you think I haven't tried that! I'm feeling lost too and trying so hard to figure out how to do it to get back on the right track for me I can't do little things I am going to have to just get rid of everything that's bad in the house and deal with not having the candy and the pudding and the whatever else pizza. But in the meantime I would love to chat with you again it would be nice to have someone who's in the same boat someone that I could just talk to and that won't judge me because I'm not doing well. God bless

This is coming from someone who is also struggling with a big weight problem,so i can relate...... whenever stress hits (which is alot),i run right for food/candy,which is obviously a problem,it boils down to how fed up you find yourself in your current situation, and how willing you are to mentally condition yourself to use other outlets, such as listening to music, going outdoors, something you find pleasurable,to steer away from negativity, into the right frame of mind.
Good luck
Are you a Diabetic?? If so ask your Dr about a drug from Eli Lilly called Mounjaro..... there is no way you cannot lose weight on this drug

One suggestion is to start small by incorporating healthier habits into your daily routine, such as going for a walk or doing 20 squats before bed. It's important to focus on your overall well-being and not just weight loss. Addressing unresolved emotions and working on your mental health can also help align other aspects of your life, making it easier to achieve your goals.
