Hey everyone Ibs-d sufferer here, was wondering if anyone else has any tips on what to do about bathroom times, I tend to spend 90 plus minutes each trip and it's really disruptive for day to day stuff. I currently see a gastro doctor and primary care and have had multiple scopes done, I'm only taking Imodium as every other medicine I have tried has not worked. thank y'all.
