Seeking Advice on Disability Diagnosis

I've been thinking about getting a diagnosis for some certain disabilities. Recently I've been feeling some dizziness and fatigue, and have sometimes had a hard time putting pressure on my left leg. Sometimes this makes it difficult to walk. I work about 40 hours a week, so I'm not sure how I can implement a cane or something if I push a cart with me too. And I've had generalized pain occasionally, usually with toes and fingers. Not sure what this might be.
