Dealing with Bipolar Disorder as a Teacher

Hey guys! Is anyone a teacher and dealing with Bipolar? I'm graduating teaching school this year. I'm in a depressive episode and have had a lot of trouble getting to my student teaching position even though it's once a week. I'm also a substitute teacher and I've barely been able to work one day a week. I'm worried that when I'm an actual teacher I might not be able to be stable enough at all times and be at work when I need to be. Any suggestions or advice would be good for teachers here. Also has anyone had any experience with accommodations for bipolar disorder? I'm wondering if school and work might be less trouble if I reached out for an accommodation service. Thanks in advance!
