      Thissss lol and I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome so I always joke that I literally can't trust my gut 😅

      I feel you there. Especially with friendships. I always feel like people don't like me, and I'm being left out on purpose. Now I'm never sure when that's true.🤷🏻‍♀️

      i do the same thing, so i try to intellectualize, and i’ve found it’s helped a bit. i try to figure out the root of my anxiety and prepare myself more. this presents itself as checklists, routines, and over-preparedness. it can be tedious, but maybe it’s something that could help you too?
