hi all! im looking for some advice. ive been having nausea and vomiting for going on about 4 weeks now. i always test negative for covid, and I don't have any fever to follow. i have been to the ER once for this, yet they couldn't help. i have a doctor's appointment on the 1st for this, but what should i bring up to mention?
