Hi there! I'm a 20 y/o with hEDS and POTS, I used to exercise frequently before my symptoms worsened in 2020 and I had to stop. I've gained a lot of weight and want to be more active again, and I'm just curious if there are any exercises you've found that are safer to do with EDS?
