How do you get up? Like actually get awake, stay awake, and get out of bed in the morning? I can't wake up to save my life, and then I'm always kicking myself for being late (and still dozing off at the office, no matter what I do). I would just drink coffee but it gives me the poops and the jitters, which is almost worse.

I had a terrible time getting up. Felt drugged and had to force myself to crawl out of bed. Turns out when I sleep, my oxygen saturation drops below 90. A sleep study revealed it was dropping as low as 76. I have been on oxygen when sleeping for 7 years now and haven't had problems getting up anymore.

I’ve found electrolytes help with grogginess and energy for me (I use LMNT). But I also started the med LDN recently, and it’s too soon to say for sure, but I think it’s really helping with my fatigue 😭❤️ I’m waking up easier and needing to remind myself to rest, rather than being forced to rest because my fatigue is so bad. Again too soon to tell, and meds work differently for everyone, but it could be worth looking into!

It’s extremely difficult for me to get up in the morning. I have to rely on caffeine and Adderall, unfortunately 😅🪫 ME sucks!

I have the same problem. As long as your employer is accommodating, don’t let it stress you out too much cuz stress def won’t help.
