does anyone feel like crap after doing fluids for pots? it makes me feel heavy and more drowsy.. I do 2 liters of saline a night and I've had to stop because it makes my whole body feel like crap.

I had this but then I changed the volume and rate so I’ve been working my way up to more fluids overtime which has helped a lot so I don’t get that feeling anymore. I only get the heavy gross feeling if the rate is too fast now and I’m still only getting 500 ml per day
