when crying does anyone else get the sensation of vibration in their ears? I'm having a really really hard time right now. was attempting to be intimate with my partner, which is hard enough with fucking SA trauma, and instead my body decided it was perfect time for a flare up and my body started aching and hurting and cramping and I just broke down. I'm in agony mentally, emotionally, and physically. everything is pissing me off every little itch, noise, and sensation just makes me wanna stab the next person who breaths near me.

I’m right there with you. I have flareups of a different kind, but I know how you feel. I’m so proud of you for getting through everything that you have, and you’re an incredibly strong person for fighting through what you’re dealing with. I’ve also had that vibration sensation, and I can actually do it on command which I’ve always thought to be kind of weird. My best advice when you have a flare up is to let anyone around you know what’s going on, then go find somewhere that’s comfortable and safe, then practice some deep breathing or relaxing activity to help calm the overstimulation. Best of luck, I’m praying for you 💛
Sounds like you're suffering from misophonia! I get it as well when my anxiety is bad or when I'm having PTSD from physical abuse/SA often. Sadly I have not found a way to make it stop when it happens. Other than seclude myself and maybe step outside until it passes. So sorry you're suffering right now.
