Looking for ADHD Medication Alternatives

hi, my doctor recently told me I couldn't start ADHD medication yet because it worsens anxiety and I struggle with that the most. unfortunately alot of my anxiety is caused by my ADHD, does anyone have any other alternative methods to help ADHD symptoms?

      My anxiety is less when treated. It makes me a grounded, centered and more harmonious soul because I get things done more efficiently. It does not make me hyper. It does the opposite. If you aren't adhd and you take a stimulant you'd bounce off the walls. I have the opposite effect with treatment.

          @Zaynado add is kind of the same thing but it affects the left side of the brain
