This is such an odd question aghhh. So does anyone with a chronic condition have and troubles with sex. (I'm female btw) Personally if I get aroused in any manner I risk having this weird episode of horribly intense pain. I have trouble breathing my abdomin area feels like someone is dragging a knife through it and if I move slightly during those episodes it hurts so bad. My body usually starts shaking from the amount of pain I'm in. Does anyone have any recommendations for dealing with these things? Does anyone struggle with something similar? I also end up having an increase of symptoms for a couple weeks after I try to engage in sexual activity. Its very frusturating!! I would like to do normal things.

I get breathing issues sometimes, almost like a panic attack even though I could really be enjoying myself until it happens. Hyperventilating, then start panicking and making it worse. Additionally I can have crashes/flare-ups after any experience where I've exerted myself (PEM), it doesn't take much, and I might not know it's too much until I feel the effects the next day or days later.
