Disability Services for Anxiety in College: Is it Worth It?

Does anyone have disability services set up in collage for anxiety. what does that look like and is it helpful. my behavioral health team said I could set up extra time on tests. should I do it even though I dont want to stand out.

I would say go for it, especially in college I highly doubt anyone would care that you have accommodations. Everyone else is too focused on themselves. The only thing is you really have to be prepared to advocate for yourself to get those accommodations, not every school or teacher will be as understanding as they should be.
