Hi. I was diagnosed with FND in August 2022. I am still waiting for the pain clinic to start my treatments. is there anything I could do to help myself in the meantime? I am struggling walking, doing chores in the house... I am also diagnosed with depression, anxiety and I have very often panic attacks.
