Hi there! I've recently started taking CBD gummies right before bed to help with my insomnia and that usually keeps me asleep all through the night. I will say, sometimes I get the "sleep hangover" if take my gummy too late at night. Also, please make sure it doesn't have THC in them. The labels are pretty colorful sometimes and I don't want anyone to accidentally get the THC infused ones, cuz sometimes THC can cause some panic attacks. (At least for me)

I hardly ever Sleep! Hate Tranquilizers! Never Tried Herbal Gummies! Hate Pot! Tried Sleep Teas! Nothing Happened
I take a big cocktail for my insane insomnia which includes Ambien, Trazodone, Clonidine, Unisom, Melatonin and Vitamin D. That probably doesn't help you besides the last 2 or 3, but a relaxing warm bath, chamomile, lavender, and other teas or OTC supplements with those type of natural things may help. But I'd say the best thing out of all would be to get plenty of exercise throughout the day if possible. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
*trouble staying asleep
Thanks for these wonderful suggestions, will give it a try and share feedback. I do set a fixed temperature range in my thermostat everyday. I have tried some other sleep hygiene related tips like sleeping everyday at same time, getting sunlight, avoiding blue light at night, breathing exercises, no alcohol, healthy diet but unfortunately nothing seem to have worked. I don't have trouble sleeping but trouble staying awake, entire night is full of tossing and turning, being restless and some days it gets worse where I can't sleep back again if I get up in the middle of night
@alternate_dimension I feel you. I have trouble falling and staying asleep. I find that if jm extra restless and my cocktail is bring useless that changing the place you're trying to fall asleep actually helps. Like move to the couch, chair, or floor. Even if it's only for a short period of time.
I struggle with nonprescription solutions for this, but I found that taking a hot bath with relaxing oils (started making my own to sell even because it helps at least some) like lavender l, frankincense, bergamot, and sage with a hot cup of chamomile tea and some cbd body lotion (dr. Teals, but I mix it with other essential oil lotions too) seems to be a winning combo. I use like sleep sounds/songs in the bath too to try and help. Do you have temperature regulation issues when you sleep?
