Exercise!! Walking slowing and building up each day and doing it everyday. Resting made me much worse. Hydrating before walking too (not water). I’m so much better and off all meds. I went to so many doctors, and only the last one told me to walk. I haven’t had to go back to doctor since for POTS.

I agree with electrolytes! Liquid IV is fantastic. Also PT with someone specializing in POTS was very helpful for me for awhile. I did IV fluids for about a year, and they helped, but I know they can be hard to get sometimes. Good luck! :)

liquid IV has SAVED ME
As they said salt and electrolytes, also taking a break when you need it and not overdoing it. I find laying down with my legs up helps (just make sure to be careful when you stand up!)
I usually drink Gatorade or propel, and eat salty fries from restaurants. And staying cool- heat makes it worde
