Struggling with Mental Health and Toxic Family

ok I'm not very good at writing so I have so many questions and things wrong that my family don't understand call me lazy cause I can't get up and do things all the time I have separate anxiety issues from past relationships that I get when I can't get a hold of my husband I loose it over little things and it's very hard to tell him how to help me cause I have PTSD bipolar anxiety and a lot of other things wrong with me I will have anxiety attack and start to cry or even hit myself same in a seizure I hit myself we live with my mom who is toxic calls me names cause I'm over weight and cause she is a narcissist that will take all her problems out on me she gets violent sometimes with me won't let me raise my 5 year old has to be her way or she yells at me threatens to call DCF at every I do or don't do my my has abused me ever since I was younger I have ocd that I have to have things done a certain way or I lose it and go into anxiety attack we have relationship problems due to my mental and health problems I have a five year old that has behavioral problems and learning problems that I get blamed for I don't know how to handle any of this stuff if I had another place to live I would but I don't my husband don't have a job and he still has to act like he does so he sleeps at the park 4 nights a week rain or not cause if she finds out she will start a war and kick us out if things in the house aren't it's a fight with her screaming in my face calling me names and sometimes hitting me and then I'm stressed out about it making sure everything is done her way all the time and I lose it there is a lot more but hard for me to say or ask it in a text message or writing it out I'm better at speaking it
