I'm a mom of 3. BPD has been my biggest struggle. Mostly with regulation of my emotions. I love learning about new work books or tools to assist with day to day life!

I agree with NovaPunk! Having a pet for emotional support has helped me with my BPD and it gives me a great way to cope with things!

im a 100 percent solo autistic parent to an autistic teen and if things get escalated we take breaks and breathe before coming back to the issues. we have an understanding and code word/motion if nonverbal for overwhelm and loop back around when we can. if that helps at all

We definitely circle back quite often. My youngest two are battling some things right now. My youngest was just diagnosed oppositional defiance disorder and my middle has ptsd from trauma caused by his biological dad. Its been messy. πŸ˜… But I'm trying. So hard. πŸ™
