Feeling Unlovable and Defective

It's gonna be hard to have a romantic relationship if you are hating on yourself like this. And relationships are not to found, but more often happened upon. If someone doesn't like you in that way, that doesn't mean you're a "terrible person". It just means that you weren't what they were looking for, but that doesn't mean you won't be what someone else is looking for.

That sort of demeaning self talk isn't helping you. Please. Please talk to someone about your self-esteem. Take time to get to know, and love yourself better. You need to care for you before you can worry about another person. 😥💕💕❤️
