What part? Sorry, there are so many life land mines this time of year. I don’t want to give tips on one you aren’t facing.
Big family gatherings and having a fear of eating in front of people
just make sure to prepare mentally before a big outing with family. like listening to music or drawing, something therapeutic. wear bracelets you can fidget with or bring fidgets. if things get way too overwhelming you can totally excuse yourself to the bathroom to just breathe. for eating in front of others im not sure, i dont struggle with that :(
