I've been struggling with this lately too. and my previous adhd medication only aggravated it. I would hqve outbursts just hearing my mom breathing at times. now that I'm off that medication I'm back to just TBI related irritability for the most part. it can be hard, but sometimes I just try to think qbout something else to distract myself from whatever is irritating me. or especially listen to music or podcasts if it's sound related and I'm able to.

I was wondering if anyone had tips for managing random irritability brought on by a traumatic brain injury?
