This is going to sound so cliche but writing always helped me. It was like a way to get rid of some feelings and put them elsewhere. Like a slight brain trick. I also think just being still outside or bike riding or walking somewhere peaceful. Away from the constant go go go feeling of the world. However, the one thing that really ever helped was having that connection with someone who understood or felt the same. A lot of people feel like this but it's impossible to connect with others anymore, it seems. š
