I have problems with fibromyalgia too, I use this cream with hemp oil that helps a little bit, or I see the chiropractor. I don’t know if you’ve tried that . I’m sorry you’re pain is so bad. There’s also Cbd gummy’s. I hope you get better.

I am so sorry you are experiencing so much pain right now! What ever you decide, juat remember: a wheelchair is a tool to increase your mobility. It isn't an identity. It doesn't change you(no matter what people around you may think). It just allows you to do more within your physical parameters right now. I have used a wheelchair temporarily in the past, and have been wrestling with the fact that I may have to use one again, but at the end of the day it is a tool. A bulky, stigmatized, sometimes rather expensive, but incredibly helpful tool. If you do decide to get one, enjoy your new wheels!

I’m not saying your doctors are wrong. However, my question would be are they fibromyalgia doctors or general practitioners? No one can tell you if this is right for you besides yourself. My concern would be it is very easy to become reconditioned with fibromyalgia. That in it self can lead to a downward spiral. It is only my personal opinion but, mobility aids can be a double edged sword. Yes, sometimes they are necessary; however, they can also do further damage as well. I say this from a place of true concern. It is not medical advice and only my opinion. Not all will agree. I’ve just personally seen both sides of this coin. Either way… I wish you blessings and all the best!
