Dealing with Chronic Back Pain and Frustration with Diagnosis

I’m so sorry for your pain issues. Trust me I get it. I at times have similar symptoms and have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and arthritis issues in back which is causing pain in other areas. Getting a nerve block shot in back this week so hoping it helps. I’ve had them Before but each time they’re less effective. May have to look at surgery. Hang in there. Wish I had a magic fix for both of us!

I've been through that but now I see a pain management specialist because I was dx with degenerative disc disease. In about a week and a half I have to go in for a special (special for me?) injection because I'm having increasing pain and the doctor doesn't want to change my pain meds. I hope you feel better 🤗
