What are the most bothersome symptoms of fibromyalgia?

Fatigue which leads to brain fog. The pain sucks too but I can deal with that…

At the current moment, the nausea, I don't know if it's related to IBS, I'm going to the doc in the morning

I have firbo & ME/SEID amongst other things so the lack of energy is astounding. But to experience all the symptoms together??? That’s what drains me. They take turns tagging each other in like a relay race that never ends… except sometimes they do a free for all thing & just completely disable me until I quite literally collapse. Hate it.

The pain and the fatigue

No energy. Its used on dealing with the constant pain. Then i get frustrated (&depressed) because I have both.

I would have to say the horrible fatigue. I have energy for nothing, even things that used to be fun.
