Doctor Anxiety: Feeling Accused of Lying

I always bring someone with and they usually are better. I went undiagnosed with cutaneous t cell lymphoma for about 9 years because of that

It’s perfectly understandable for you to get this way because some doctors definitely don’t agree with what you are saying your symptoms are and they try to gaslight what you are saying we’re trying to say you’re only experiencing this because of this and don’t really want to hear you out so it’s perfectly acceptable that you feel that way

Don't worry about what they think- you know your body- My Doctor wants me to take all of the prescriptions that he subscribes, but I can't take the staton meds,they make me have sharp shooting pains,so I only eat a small amount of organic meats, avoid all wheat products- which causes cholesterol build up.I hope you get better

Oh my gosh same especially cuz I’m so young 25 they think it’s not as bad as I say or I’m too young for certain conditions. Be stern and know what you feel is valid, at the end of the day the doctor works for u and is suppose to help you. Let them fill that role and you/your symptoms matter.

I don’t feel like they will think I’m lying … I just struggle with remember to say things and I forget to mention certain symptoms until after 🤦🏽‍♀️
