Ppl think “accommodating for your disablities” (at least in my experience) is having ppl/ the world/work/school etc be easy on you but really it’s taking the hit in an unequal world/system that isn’t built for you and your disability being used against you (held to the same standards as abled bodied and expected to perform the same) and you facing punishment for attending/accommodating to your needs but still know you tried your best and your wellness comes first no matter how mad supervisors get at you or how much work you have to make up
