I've been diagnosed with ibs, but I think it's slow motility/dysfunction caused by neuropathy. I have chronic constipation, severe bloating after eating, pain, heartburn all day every day, and cramping

Constipation for days until I finally have major diarrhea for a couple hours. Then back to constipation. Some foods make it worse. I was diagnosed by a gastroenterologist after explaining my symptoms and I think a few tests.
