been struggling to get my a1c down for a while now, I think a lot of it is due to lack of stress management. does anyone have some solid stress management tips?
Never let 2 days go by in a row without some physical activity or exercise. Also - you'll notice the more your sugars are in range the better you feel and the better you managerl stress. It will be like night and day. Good luck š
i think the exercise is kinda bs tbh. exercise raises mine. come to find out the birth control and anti depressants i was taking were keeping me at 9.0 no matter what i did
