I have been alright emotionally all day. I cleaned a bit, organized my room a bit. it was a good productive day. as my family started coming home I just got this overwhelmingly annoyed feeling everytime someone talked to me. and I hate when this happens, it happens to me quite often even if Ive had a great day or if theyve done nothing wrong. I'm annoyed at them and in the end become annoyed with everything. so my question is are there any tips on how y'all deal with this feeling??
Yes. Find a few minutes for some deep breathing or some fresh air to reset your mood. I also get irritated but I can connect it to feeling anxious and I know I need to reset
