I have found that slicing ginger root and boiling it in water then adding it to turmeric powder, ground black pepper, lemon slices and a little honey in a cup helps tremendously with inflammation and flare ups! hope this will help ❤️🙏🏽

      I'm going to try adding this mixture to my lemon/peppermint tea! Thank you! I find that mint and lemon/ginger teas do help reduce inflammation in my skin a liiiiiiiiiiiitttle bit lol I'll take it! I'll add this and see if it bumps up those effects 🤗💛
