Depends on what you consider managed. I can hide mine pretty well. It's not managed but I give off the air of someone pulled together.... who just has a little bit too much on their plate.

Music helps me. I love my playlists, and practicing on my piano works too!! I can get stuff done while I'm listening to music or once my fingers get too tired of playing.
I found it never really goes away. Some things help though… music, fidget toys, and of course a strong support system. If you need friends you can message me 💜
