Why does breaking up hurt so much?

you get attached to someone but overtime you will heal. allow yourself this time to enjoy being on your own and getting to grow and enjoy your own company before you are in a new relationship. the pain will pass and your person is around the corner !

It hurts so bad because you care so deeply. You can't fault yourself for it. That is an amazing ability to have. Sometimes break ups are for the best and we will find better things in our future. You got this. You are going to be ok. 🙂
