      you probably need a better therapist, or bringing up the advice and help you got through this app and how/why it helped you during therapy can potentially help your therapist help you!

      It might be simply because on here you have a community of people who are most likely also chronically ill/very mentally ill

      i feel the same way, my now ex-therapist was horrible. it probably helps talking to people who actually know what you’re talking about and have experienced similar things.
