I have been experiencing nausea and vomiting for 6 months now. I deal with it almost every single day. I tend to get sick most often on an empty stomach, first thing in the AM or late at night. Sometimes I even wake up out of a deep sleep to vomit. Unlike when I got sick in the past I'm vomiting so violently I urinate and end up with little red dots that are broken blood vessels all over my face and neck. negative pregnancy test, lots of blood work, upper endoscopy, and HIDA scan so far. I have two tiny gall stones they say are too small to cause problems and my gall bladder is not quite functioning as fast as it should but again nothing to cause these issues. I'm always exhausted. I'm tired of being sick and just want some answers.

@ManyMaladies here is my detailed list of suppliments I take. You can find all of these on Amazon or online (no prescription). For gallblader: Tudca (a type of bile salt), Dr. Berg Gallbladder formula (bile salts), Essential Enzymes Digestive Aid, Sunflower Lecithin (for clearing up sludge in gallbladder/liver area). I take these twice a day with meals. For liver (this helped me with feeling less tired, you could have liver problems without an alcohol problem so it could be worth a shot): a strong vitamin B complex (this gives you tons of energy), Choline Bitartrate, electrolytes, and Milk Thistle. Hope this helps! This combo along with vitamin d3 + k2 has been helping me feel a lot better. Oh and a ginger supliment for nausea! I also do intermittent fasting and low carbs. I've actually never met anyone else that experiences fatigue and nausea for no apparent reason so I just wanna tell you any little advice I have...because I know how it is with googling or telling a doctor these symptoms; they're so vague that its hard to pinpoint what it is.

I deal with the same exact thing....nausea and tiredness all the time. Nausea in the mornings usually but I'm not pregnant. I had my gallbladder removed though, the vomiting was a lot worse whenever I had a gallstone attack. Have you ever experienced pain in your upper right abdomin especially at night? This could be your gallstones actually causing problems. Personally I take digestive enzymes and bile suppliments before every meal which seems to help my stomach....they also help if you don't have a gallbladder, or a slow one. Also the tiredness, I recently learned it can be caused by a fatty liver, do you by any chance drink a lot of alcohol? I take suppliments for my liver as well and try to drink less and I dont feel as tired anymore. I know this is a lot, feel free to message me anytime šŸ˜Š

@ItsJustARide no abdomen pain and food does not seem to effect my stomach issues. Are the digestive enzymes and bile supplements over-the-counter or prescription? I'm ready to try anything at this point. I do not drink much at all. Just a drink or two a couple times per month. I think I have only drank once since this began. Thank you for your input.
