could I be so depressed that I feel like I'm living in a different world? recently my depression took an all time high as I was faced with a big change. and change REALLY freaks me out. please help.. I feel like I am losing it

      This might be dissociation. I’d recommend talking with your therapist or doctor about it. You can also do some research online and see if you relate to dissociation or derealisation

      I fully understand the feeling. I've been dealing with dissociation/ derealization for months now and I'm afraid it'll just be like this from now on. However I'm also hopeful for the medication I recently started. Feel free to message me if you'd like to talk more about it.

      I do 100% . This scares me big time. I got prescribed mirtazapine. I'm hoping this helps me 😥
