How to Cope With Stressful Situations

I have 14 of my 22 grandchildren at my house daily. I am exhausted constantly. And now that school is started again I'm constantly running for them for one thing or another. I feel like my only me time is web i sleep!

I think a lot of us here take on more than we should. I try to organize things in my mind to help. Which it does at times

I was severely feeling this then I emptied some off my plate. I feel better.
