Weird question, have you guys noticed your system numbers decrease without therapy? Because we went from almost 70+ to 4 alters within 3 months. And it's had me questioning if maybe I'm faking (though I've been through this a million times and know I'm not.) Is this normal or just us?
that a big jump so idrk but i can offer a token of my experience which is: i’ve made more progress with final fusion out of therapy than in therapy (which decreases our numbers obvi)
