Dealing with Work Anxiety: My Struggle and How I'm Coping

I feel ya. I have GAD and go through the same

I haven't worked since 2016. I would work for a few weeks or months, even a coue years a few times, but would Inevitably would have to leave because of anxiety and depression. I'm lucky to have a partner that supports me financially so I'm kind of a housewife (not really). I have been stable for a couple of years now with very little anxiety because I don't have to work. I have a little Etsy shop where I sell my art but I don't make any real money at it. Work is at the root of most of my anxiety.

I used to feel the same way at the start of every day. Especially the thought of opening my laptop would give me anxiety. I tried to trace the roots, but was never successful. Eventually it stopped after I changed my job. New job was less demanding, people around me were helpful, relaxed and that helped me get rid of work anxiety.

Constant anxiety, its never fun
