As long as you don't have a plan you can tell your therapist. Just make sure your therapist knows that it's just a thought and that you don't plan on hurting anyone. Please reach out and talk to someone about this. You're not alone!

Okay, genuinely, you have to talk to them so they can help you and something bad doesn't happen. Anyone on the internet randomly cannot help you, sweet one! Please talk to your mental health professional. If you need to be in a facility for a short amount of time, realize that just means it's what you'll temporarily need for long term happiness. Isn't your long term happiness important?
