Dealing with Ticks: Tips and Tricks

Certain medications made it worse for me, stimulants for instance

Tensing my neck muscles, rolling my eyes as far back as possible, constantly pushing my thumb against my finger until my thumb is sore and swollen

Not so bad anymore, but still sometimes

tics are annoying but none of mine are too major so i just live with them, im a lot happier now that i dont have to hide them 24/7

My mouth and legs jerk sometimes but it's not a huge struggle for me like some people
