Dealing with Obsessive Thoughts About a Favorite Person

I struggle with this so much! I feel like you can do nice things for them or chat with them but give them space you know? Like my favorite person at one time was my coworker. I’d text her or get her something when I was at the store and knew she would like it. I say just be a good friend. What would you want someone to do for you as a friend?

At some point we have to become our own favorite person, I feel. I haven't mastered this yet but I'm starting to realize the long term benefits 😂
