Feeling Worthless: Dealing with Negative Thoughts

I'm truely sorry you are feeling worthless. Sometimes it is hard to see your own value and it becomes easier to be bogged down by these thoughts of low self worth or even self loathing. Look to those in your life, those who's lives you've touched, and I mean really look and see how your life in theirs has made them better. In them you will see that you are not worthless but in fact more important than you realize
