lately I've had so many angry outbursts, like red hot I want to punch someone type of anger.. then afterwards I have anxiety attacks about the anger and being embarrassed that I get like that. I want to stop being so angry and snapping it's never been this bad, I don't even know what to do, I feel horrible.

I think maybe you should join a gym and excersize also read books on anger you could take up boxing and martial arts you could also go too the batting cages other things that might help is a stress ball if you don't want too box you could box on the Nintendo Wii play golf and do yoga yoga is very good for calming down they say weed is a miracle drug on this app I tried it once and it made me feel bliss happiness and I felt whole for those 10-30 minutes I felt great I wasn't concerned about what people thought about me before I had the weed I was scared of what people thought of me and with the weed people that usually bullied me didn't do it anymore I think they knew I was high and understood that they couldn't make me feel uncomfortable that's what weed has done for me made me as strong as I was as a child when I was a child I could think at a higher level and deal with my thoughts and emotions better I was witty and I could tell jokes for a long time I slowly am getting back too who I was when I got sick I had too learn all of what I knew over again

You can teach yourself new things for the job that you want think about what your dreams are and try too find a job that is related too it for example I want too be a ghostwriter for music artist but I don't know the business side of it so I'm going too school too become a business paralegal so while I'm working on my songs I could get paid working as a paralegal at a law firm

Try and build your resume by adding little things like typing skills if you don't have any and learning how too use Microsoft office tools like Microsoft word powerpoint excel you can buy books or find some way too get access too these tools but buying the book for Microsoft office typing and whatever you need too learn that can help you get the job as a paralegal these are some of the things they look for in a employee

Where there's a will there's a way if you don't get a certificate I think you should try and get a job as a paralegal it may pay better and give you the time and money you need too start boxing you don't need a certificate or degree too work as a paralegal I think they will train you

It only takes a few months too complete college courses for certificates they have pharmaceutical technician jobs cleaning hospital equipment really these are all jobs you can get with a high school diploma the certificate is just too prepare you better for the job usually they can train you if you have a high school diploma they will hire as a paralegal and train you they also offer people who are studying too become paralegals they'll hire you while your studying in college for that field jobs you could get a job working in the kitchen hospital they're food has no pressure on tasting good I think you should pray also women need 11.5 glasses of water a day if you consume that much you should be able too wake up even if your tired it also helps with weight loss and clearer skin taking care of your basic needs like sleep water and food will help alot more I've been drinking water alot that with other things has lead me into great space in my life I feel like my best days are ahead of me because of water you could get a nanny if I don't take my medicine on time It throws my day off I think you should find some way too take some of the pressure off of you by asking for help with your child Steve Harvey says there's no such thing as a self made man we are all codependent on each other and it made me think people pray and then God answers usually that's how they get their job they might also need another person help too but my point is prayer works If you don't have anyone in your life that can help and be a support you should look for support groups people who meet up everyday and are there for each other

@tahtah I wish I could do any of those things šŸ˜« I want to take up boxing so bad but unfortunately I am a very poor, single full-time mom who works full-time also. I don't have the time or the money, I think that also has to do with my anger... not being able to ever relax, I'm burnt out and tired juggling too much at once. I have a horrible job, I try to leave this job all the time, but there's no better options out there, I'm dying for a day to myself away from my toddler, on top of the mental health issues I have with depression, anxiety, ptsd, etc. Life is too much for me right now.
