how does everyone cope with bad news? I had a large ventricular tumor completely removed 18 months ago. found out recently it's growing back! I've got some symptoms which seems strange considering it's really, really small right now. I'm really really dizzy all the time.

I have found the best thing is finding others who have experienced horrible news to talk with because most people cannot understand... and then for myself, I go help others randomly, outside of myself, acts of ransom kindness.
