      lavender essential oil really helped me. i just put it in my wrist before i go to school or sometimes even during school and take deep breaths on my wrist when i start to freak out.

      i use an app called breathwrk along with stress vitamins! i’m not sure if they would work for you bc everybody is different, but you never know!
