      @Brittknee Agoraphobia in my opinion is basically a fear of panic. i can be perfectly fine but as soon as i think about panicking outside of my home i instantly feel like im exploding i literally cannot explain the feeling my brain goes absolutely insane an i feel like im gonna pop and im so embarrassed

      I haven’t been “professionally” diagnosed but I’m pretty sure I suffer from both as well , I’m new on here & would love some help or advice . 🖤
