Has anyone tried Hypnotherapy for IBS? I've been seeing ads for Nerva which is an app. But kind of spendy. Most my IBS is brought on from anxiety and then IBS flares from food and such cause anxiety. Nasty cycle.

I have seen ads for that app as well. I haven't tried it either. The cycle is vicious. Thanksgiving and travel has got me anxious.

  @Sweet_Potato oh me too!! I have to fly next week. First time in 20 yrs and since I developed IBS. I'm excited and terrified.

    @Hollybelle oh no! Hopefully the trip is going well. I find that the thermacare heat packs help my stomach when it is feeling upset. It definitely helped me on one of my last flights.
