      Unfortunately, I don’t think you can get rid of it completely for good. But there are lots of ways to learn to manage it. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helped me more than any medication ever has, but beware that a lot of people have to try a few therapists until they find one that’s a good fit. Same with meds, I’ve tried Zoloft, cymbalta, buspirone, and a few others. Effexor plus hydroxyzine pamoate is the only regimen that’s helped

      Zoloft and Lamictal. Seriously. I have accepted the fact that i have a defective brain and need meds to function. Its ok I am a happy person otherwise. I also do yoga and exercise almost every day. Breathing exercises. Eating clean. It all helps but the zoloft takes the cake
